1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VerdOps services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

VerdOps provides AI-powered development consulting, DevOps implementation, and training services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • AI tool integration and implementation
  • Developer training and workshops
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipeline setup
  • Cloud architecture consulting
  • Custom AI workflow development

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to systems for service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials shared
  • Ensure legal compliance in your use of our services
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals as required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit required before project commencement
  • Balance due upon project completion
  • Workshop fees are due in full at time of booking
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property
  • Custom code and configurations created for the client become client property upon full payment
  • VerdOps retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge
  • VerdOps may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

VerdOps liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
